2018 Photo Sessions Recap

Weddings

I can’t believe how quickly 2018 flew by — I feel like I blinked and it was over! But it was fun to take a look back at all the photo sessions from the year (102 to be exact)! There were so many beautiful & AMAZING people that came into my life because of that handy little camera of mine.

Many miles were traveled going to and from sessions, many late nights were spent editing photos, along with drinking WAY TOO MUCH COFFEE to keep up! But it was all worth it in the end when I look at these photos!

Weddings

Between me and my associate, we shot 16 weddings from January to December, so it was a very busy year! We had everything from white wonderland weddings to hot summer weddings in the mountains. But these couples kept us smiling and truly soaked up every minute of their day!

Couples & Engagements

If I could pick my favorite type of session to photograph, it would definitely be engagements! Couples are so happy and affectionate with each other and I thoroughly enjoy hearing their love stories! Plus, we go to some pretty epic locations for these sessions!!

Maternity & Babies

For my returning clients, I make and exception to my rule of no baby photos. I just can’t seem to turn them down when I hear they’re expecting a new member to their family!

Senior Portraits

I try to take on a few senior sessions every year because I absolutely love working with teens! They are all so different, but incredibly talented in their own way. Plus, it’s fun for them to have the spotlight on them during this exciting time in their lives!

Toys for Tots Drive

This was such a fun event to be a part of! All these people donated one toy and got their photo taken at Riverfront Park. I worked along side 5 other photographers and together we photographed over 100 different families filling 6 boxes with toys!

Dog Photos

If there is a dog at your session then you better believe that I am going to take pictures of it! I’m obsessed with dogs of all breeds and I love capturing their unique personalities!

Families

In between my weddings and engagement sessions, I tried to squeeze as many families in as I could. There were lots of extended family members included such as grandparents which I especially love. My clients will treasure these images of their loved ones forever!
