What an absolutely perfect wedding it was for Olivia & Paden at the Ponds at Dry Creek! The day was filled with love, sunshine, and lots of emotion! This is a tight group of friends & family so they couldn’t wait to celebrate the amazing Mr. & Mrs. Kaufman!
It was my first time shooting at this venue and it was so beautiful! Ponds, fountains, lush trees and mountain views – you can’t take a bad photo here!

Their Love Story
When you aren’t looking, the right person seems to walk through the door unexpectedly. It’s one of the biggest cliches about falling in love there is. But for Olivia & Paden, that’s exactly how it happened.
“We met in January of 2015 through our group of mutual friends. Although we technically met and hung out for the first time at the bowling alley that night, we didn’t actually form a friendship until a few months later, when Paden also began to work at the same restaurant. Olivia had just graduated from college, and although her and Paden’s business degrees aren’t the same, they had been required to take many of the same classes. From there, we found that we had many similar interests and the same sarcastic sense of humor, and gradually became close friends that spring.
We began dating later that summer after Paden spontaneously went for it on one of those late nights spent talking and laughing on the couch, and kissed Olivia. It was a spur of the moment decision on his part, but one that we’ll both always be grateful for.
In the nearly six years that’s passed since that night, we’ve traveled to Coeur D’Alene, Seattle, Portland, the Oregon Coast, and Honolulu together, eaten way too much pizza, drank countless bottles of red wine, and fallen more in love with each other with each passing year.
Our friendship-turned-relationship has been the best thing that’s ever happened to us, and we can’t wait to go back to Bozeman where it all began!”
