Josie and Blaine had the most beautiful Mexican Destination Wedding! Surrounded by family & friends, they celebrated on the beach, and drank margaritas in the moonlight! It was definitely an incredible experience that I’m sure none of us will ever forget!
They got married at the breath-taking Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort. We all stayed for a few days to soak in the sun and truly enjoy this trip. I was excited to photograph a wedding in another country and it was super special because the groom is my cousin!
Can we just talk about how spectacular these details are? I had to pinch myself every now and again to be reminded that I was actually in Mexico photographing a wedding! Bucket list dream achieved!
Josie is the nicest girl you will ever meet! And her “bride squad” were the best people to spend the day with. Lots of laughs and fun memories!
I have known Blaine his whole life so it was fun to see him as a groom. His entourage definitely kept me on my toes! Boys will be boys!
Mexican Destination Wedding – Dreams Riviera Cancun
After the ceremony, we wandered around the resort to capture all the beautiful spots for photos. This truly was a photographer’s dream location to shoot at!!
The reception details were just as incredible as the ceremony! Thousands of stringed lights over a light-up dance floor and elegant table settings. Oh and did I mention we were right next to the ocean?!
Josie’s dad gave her a pair of bowling shoes to remind her of the first night she introduced Blaine to her family. He knew right then and there that he was going to be the man to marry her!
These guys know how to party!! We all danced the night away and there was never an empty spot on the dance floor. Go big or go home right?!
