As a dedicated Billings Outdoor Headshot Photographer, I believe your professional portrait should be as dynamic and authentic as the Montana landscape itself. In contrast to studio portraits, outdoor sessions provide natural light and scenic backdrops – like our iconic Rimrocks. A relaxed atmosphere will truly capture your personality.
Whether you’re a local executive, entrepreneur, or creative looking to elevate your LinkedIn profile or website, I specialize in crafting refined, confident imagery that sets you apart in the Magic City.

Get Ready for Your Headshots!
It’s totally okay to be anxious about being in front of the camera. Don’t worry – I’m here to guide you, and I promise we’ll get amazing photos together.
Here are some helpful suggestions to help you mentally prepare for your session:
1. Ensure You Are Well Rested
You will look and feel your best with a good night’s sleep! Aim to get 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep the night before your headshot session.
2. Pace Yourself
To ensure you feel your best, try to keep your schedule light on the day of the shoot. Treat this experience as a special moment for yourself, rather than just another item on your to-do list.
3. Stay Hydrated
Drink lots of water in the 24-48 hours before your session. This hydrates your skin, which gives you a glowing complexion and fills in little lines and wrinkles.

4. Eat Before Your Session
Make sure you eat something prior to your session. Having a light meal or snack beforehand can help keep your energy up and prevent you from feeling tired, distracted, or irritable during your shoot.
5. Brush Your Teeth
Don’t forget to brush your teeth before your session! It’s a small step that can make a big difference in how you feel and how your smile looks on camera. Fresh, clean teeth help boost your confidence and ensure your smile appears bright and natural in every photo.
6. Leave the Gum at Home
Please don’t chew gum during your session! Even if it seems hidden, it tends to be very obvious in photos.
7. Be Present
Don’t forget to relax, take a deep breath, and allow yourself to enjoy the moment. It’s completely normal for the first few photos to feel a little awkward or unfamiliar – almost everyone experiences that at the beginning.

Billings On-Location Headshot Photographer
If it is more convenient for you and your employees, I can come to your office or place of work to do the session. I bring all the necessary equipment and handle everything on-site, making the process smooth, efficient, and minimally disruptive to your workday.
This is a great option for teams who want consistent, professional headshots without the hassle of coordinating multiple locations. I’ll work with your schedule to ensure everyone is photographed quickly while still delivering polished, high-quality results.
