They say that rain on your wedding day is good luck, right? Well then Talya and Zach were super lucky to have it sprinkle at their MT Wildflower Wedding. Just before they did their first look it started to sprinkle… and then rain harder. So we waited a bit and broke out my clear umbrellas. But Talya didn’t stress one bit. She simply replied with, “I love the rain!” That’s the attitude to have on your wedding day!
After two years of dating, Zach made the smartest decision in his life-he asked Talya for her hand in marriage (after asking her father of course). The most ingenious portion of his plan consisted of trapping Talya in a hot air balloon above the Kalispell valley for this arrangement. She decided a life with Zach was better than falling a thousand feet to the ground, in fact she figured a life with him was better than anything.
MT Wildflower Wedding in Red Lodge
This has got to be one of my favorite photos that I’ve ever taken at MT Wildflower Weddings! I’m a sucker for flowers, waterfalls and that golden glow from the sun!
After dinner, toasts, and the dances we wandered around the venue for some sunset photos. Even though it was overcast, the blue dramatic clouds made for a really cool backdrop!
The bride’s father even managed to get me out on the dance floor! It was such a fun party!
Thank you to all the amazing vendors that made this day perfect!
