Jamie & Nick’s Flathead Lake Wedding was an incredible experience! When they first contacted me about photographing their wedding, I was thrilled to be traveling such a beautiful area. Even after living in Montana my whole life, I rarely get a chance to head to this part of the state. The venue is gorgeous and the owners were so accommodating! Not to mention, the bride, groom & their guests were the absolute best to work with!
Jamie made the most beautiful bride, don’t you agree! Equally, her bridesmaid rocked that red color!!
Flathead Lake Wedding Ceremony
Earlier in the day, there was smoke that had blown in from a nearby forest fire. But luckily it cleared up right before the ceremony began so that we could see the beautiful view of the lake!
Jamie & Nick have the BEST group of friends!! They were all about supporting the couple on their big day! Basically what I’m saying is that great attitudes equal a great day!
Their Love Story
Nick and Jamie share a love for accounting. Through working as tax accountants, they met at a CPE outing in Bozeman. Nick and Jamie share many things in life: golf, the love of their 2 pups (Oakley and Kola), the rivalry in sports, food, beer and adventure!
After 4 years together, Nick and Jamie decided to buy a house in Belgrade that better fit their life with their 2 girls and all be under one roof. Summer of 2022 brought many great changes, and ended with a marriage proposal! As they both share the love of spending time with family in Polson, getting married on Flathead Lake was an easy choice. They were surrounded by those who have helped grow their relationship, share the experience and promote their future.
These guys know how to party! The DJ (Kadin) did an incredible job getting people on the dance floor! He even sang a song for one of the slow dances!
If you are thinking about getting married in this area of Montana, I would highly recommend checking out Flathead Lake Forevers! The owners are the kindest and most welcoming people!
