2018 Photo Sessions Recap || Montana Photography
I can’t believe how quickly 2018 flew by — I feel like I blinked and it was over! But it was fun to take a look back at all the photo sessions from the year (102 to be exact)! There were so many beautiful & AMAZING people that came into my life because of that handy little camera of mine.
Many miles were traveled going to and from sessions, many late nights were spent editing photos, along with drinking WAY TOO MUCH COFFEE to keep up, but it was all worth it in the end when I look at these photos.
Each year, I am blown away by the weddings that I get to be a part of! These couple allowed me to capture the biggest day of their lives and for that alone I am humbled. But to top it off, these are some of the nicest & most loving people you will ever meet!
We shot weddings from February until December. In the snow and in the hot sun. Up in the mountains and downtown in the heart of Billings. Each wedding was unique and incredibly special. I love looking at these photos because it brings back so many wonderful memories!
Couples & Engagements
People always ask me what my favorite type of session is, and that is definitely ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS! There’s just something about being one-on-one with a couple that brings out the artist in me! I’m a hopeless romantic so seeing these couples when their love is at its peak is inspiring & refreshing. What a beautiful world we live in when we have love!
Spring Mini Photo Sessions
DanWalt Gardens has been the perfect place for my Spring Mini Sessions! The flowers are blooming and everything is just starting to turn green. It’s amazing how a little bit of sun can make everyone smile!
Fall Mini Photo Sessions
The best time of year to take family photos is definitely the Fall! The temperatures have cooled down a little, the leaves are starting to change, and families are refreshed after having a fun summer. I love seeing my clients come out every year for these sessions! It’s always a good time!
Maternity & Babies
I don’t take on many maternity or baby sessions, but the ones that I do always melt my heart! Just look how they’re glowing!!
Bring on the seniors!! I love capturing teens during this important time in their lives. Each one has a story of their own along with fun personalities and crazy talents!
Toys for Tots Drive
I had the amazing opportunity this year to partner with 5 other photographers and participate in a Toys for Tots Drive at Riverfront Park. We took family photos in exchange for a donated toy and ended up having 84 families attend! It was definitely a success!
I will never pass up an opportunity to photograph a dog, so you don’t even have to ask if you should bring your fur baby to your session!! Duh!!
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to do what I love and be a small part of the biggest days of your lives! Cheers to 2018! Now let’s have some more fun in 2019!!! 🙂
