Even though weddings & engagement sessions tend to fill up the majority of my schedule, I LOVE to photograph families & high school seniors in the Fall & Spring. Weddings are typically booked a year in advance and portrait sessions are booked about 4-6 months out. If you have a date in mind for your photo session, please contact me as soon as possible so we can get you scheduled!
For weddings & engagements, I offer videography services. My videographer Pat (AKA my husband) will be at your wedding the entire time that I am. He creates a highlight video that includes all the details of the day from getting ready, to the ceremony & reception, and all the special moments in between! It will be a great way to tell the story of your day in a way that photography just isn’t able to. He even has a drone to get those dramatic aerial shots to make your video look incredibly professional!
Pat overlays the video with your voices & music to really set the He’ll have you read letters that you & your fiancé have written to each other, parts of your vows, and words that stood out the most from the toasts at the reception. I’m amazed at every video that he creates and it’s one thing I regret about not having at my wedding... we should’ve hired a videographer!! Check out some of our wedding videos below to get a taste!
Yes, of course! With every type of photo session you will receive the digital images provided in an online gallery where you can view, share & download. I also give you a copyright release so you can print the photos whenever & wherever you'd like. But you can always order prints or canvases through me if you prefer.
The sooner the better! My summers tend to be filled with weddings every weekend so that doesn't allow much time for anything else when you factor in editing. I do schedule senior portrait sessions on weekdays during the summer, but all of my family sessions are done in the Spring, Fall & Winter. Periodically throughout the year I hold Mini Portrait Sessions which are great for families with littles ones who have short attention spans! Follow my Facebook page for announcements on those dates!
I always tell my clients to pick a color palette of 3-4 colors and then coordinate with each other. Try not to be so "matchy-matchy" because we don't want you to look identical. Bright colors will make you pop from the background and solid color shirts will bring the attention to your beautiful face.
